Ashleigh began her journey with First National Real Estate Neilson Partners in 2007 and she quickly became an integral part of the team.

With a deep understanding of operations and a strong commitment to supporting her colleagues, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role.

Ashleigh currently looks after Sales Trust Accounting and provides ongoing support to the front-of-house teams, making sure receptionists across the Pakenham, Berwick, and Narre Warren offices are well-supported in their roles.

Known for her adaptability, Ashleigh is also a true team player who steps in wherever needed. Whether it's assisting with property management maintenance or supporting admin tasks behind the scenes, she does it all with a positive attitude and a strong focus on teamwork.
