When deciding to sell your property with First National Real Estate Neilson Partners you are engaging an entire close-knit team of experienced professionals in the selling process. We work together to bring you the combined efforts of three real estate offices in Narre Warren, Berwick, and Pakenham, along with a highly experienced support team and extended team of photographers, stylists, signwriters, and graphic designers.

Most of our staff are long-term residents of the local area and are actively involved in the community, giving us tremendous insight into current and future market trends and allowing us to accurately predict and understand the variables that will influence the real estate decisions of homeowners and buyers.

Since 1917, when our company founder Frank Facey first opened his real estate business, we have progressively developed as the market leaders throughout the South East corridor.

From horse-drawn sulkies to photographic drones, from the farming belt to thriving cities First National Neilson Partners has prospered to operate across all aspects of real estate to bring our clients exceptional service in residential sales and property management, commercial sales and property management, and projects including land and building developments.

Giving Back to the Community.
Here at First National Real Estate Neilson Partners, we focus significant time, effort, and resources into our local communities of Casey and Cardinia and every year help to support, fundraise and sponsor local community groups and organisations.

Nationally, we partner with the First National Foundation, the philanthropic arm of First National Real Estate, which was founded to focus fundraising efforts to strengthen communities on a national scale.

The First National Foundation partners with the Australian Red Cross and other charities to raise funds and help communities in crisis.
