MORE RESTRICTIONS EASING

The Victorian Government have announced the following restrictions to gradually ease as of midnight Sunday the 21st June 2020.

Restaurants, cafes and pubs are permitted to seat 50 people inside with a maximum group size of 20 people. Patrons will also be allowed to be served alcohol without food with bars and clubs permitted to have up to 50 patrons per space.

Places of worship or religious ceremonies can now include up to 50 people as reasonably required for the ceremony.

A return of community sport will also commence. Indoor sports centres can have up to 20 people per space with a limit of up to 10 people per group at any one time.

50 Patron spaces per indoor space will be permitted to visit museums, zoos, amusement parks etc.

Full contact training and competition for 18 years and under will be allowed. From the 13 July, Victoria will allow for full contact training for adults and from the 20th July 2020 allow for all sport competition for adults to resume.

Tourist accommodation and shared facility camp sites will re-open.

Remember, the lifting of restrictions will be monitored subject to no further outbreaks, so we all need to do our part and continue to practice good hygiene and social distancing to prevent the virus from spreading.
