After Amy successfully completed her VCE, She promptly gained her Certificate 3 and 4 qualifications in Fitness, satisfying her early interest in physical activity and exercise.
Not satisfied to sit still, Amy furthered her education, studying first aid, customer service, real estate and if that wasn’t enough, also completed courses in high performance leadership and team collaboration.
After securing a receptionist role with a logistics and transport company Amy quickly progressed into customer service. Embracing all of her skills, she plunged into Real estate, firstly in a supportive role but quickly enjoyed rapid progression from the frontline of reception to a role in Property Management. She has not looked back since then and has successfully managed her own portfolio in the last few years finding new confidence and the ability to resolve the most difficult of scenarios as they arise.
With her commitment to excellence in all areas, and her vibrant and enthusiastic and attitude, Amy is a valuable asset to the team at Neilson Partners Pakenham. Being a local girl, she has an extensive knowledge of Pakenham and surrounding areas.
I am a new client to First National Neilson Partners, and have enjoyed the pleasure of working with our Property Manager, Amy. Shortly after buying an investment property, the tenant decided to move on and was due to vacate right in the middle of Melbourne's lockdown. With no access to inspections, Amy swung into action, immediately advertised the property, kept us informed of its progress and secured an excellent tenant all within 3 weeks and whilst the city is in lockdown. It was truly a magnificent response in difficult circumstances, and I'm incredibly impressed with the level of service, attention to detail and above all, Amy's valuable experience and advice. If you find yourself at First National Neilson Partners Real Estate as a landlord, rest assured, you are in very good hands indeed.
