In light of the current COVID-19 situation, we have implemented safety procedures for the wellbeing of all. These include social distancing, use of hand sanitisers and no unnecessary contact with surfaces within any property.
Please discuss with us any concerns you may have before arriving at the property inspection.

You MUST register to inspect the property or the appointment may not proceed.

In accordance with the Andrews Government's announcement, as of 11.59pm on Wednesday 17th February, Victorian lockdown restrictions will be eased. There will be changes to the way inspections and auctions are conducted.
These changes include:
- Open home inspections are limited to 5 people (until Friday 26th February)
- Masks must be worn indoors and outdoors where 1.5m social distancing is not possible
- On-site auctions are permitted with up to 20 people outside (public gatherings)
- Our offices will be open with some staff still working remotely
