History was made on Saturday 28th April, when the 'Tulliallan' homestead in Cranbourne North sold for a record-breaking price of $2.35 million!

In a remarkable twist, the vendors are donating all proceeds from the sale to charity via their foundation.

The Georgian manor was designed by renowned architect Nicholas Day and built in 1997 using Mt Gambier limestone. It features a granf foyer with twin staircase, 3m high ceilings, grand living and entertainment areas, parklike grounds and historic 'shearers quarters'.
